  We rented a black Ford Explorer. It had a flat tire noticed low pressure after 4 hours of driving. Called roadside they never arrived to fix the tire. We went to the Socsol st Budget store, the salesman said there nothing he could do. We had to Uber the rest of day. We finally had to take matters to our own hands. We found a very nice tire repair store Led Schwab tire store that helped us out. We spent an accumulative 10 hours on the phone with customer service and roadside assistance and no help what so ever. Terrible company, stay away and use another rental company.
